We have become the enemy. With our toxic masculinity, privilege and extremist behavior the very fabric of the Patriarchy is being threatened… Yeah, gone are the days of whiskey slugging John Wayne’s who oozed manhood and demanded respect. Red meat and a hard day's work have been replaced with soft vegan hands and man buns. Somehow emotions are now relevant and feelings need to be shared. We miss the days of the stoic man. Where gender wasn’t chosen. Where a man was a man and a woman was a woman. These roles were equally important, but systematically defined.
We aren’t sure what path leads us back. How we regain what has been diluted and lost. With each new generation we seem to get further and further away from what made a man a real man. Respect, virtue, honesty, integrity - these are all dirty words in the vocabulary of the new weak man.
Regaining strength and manhood are only achievable through dedicated efforts.
There are still real men out there. Those who will not bend to the ideologies forced down their throats. Those who stand for what they believe in and will defend their right to be a man. These are the men we applaud.
