Limited Lifetime Warranty

At ACAL Clothing, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward Limited Lifetime Warranty to ensure your peace of mind. Please review the following guidelines to understand our return procedures, eligibility criteria, and applicable terms.

Returns and Exchanges Eligibility:
Defective Products: If you receive a defective item, you may return it for a replacement, exchange, or refund within the lifetime of the product. We require a photograph to be emailed to us for defect verification. For all Defect Reshipments, we are not able to change the size of the defective item. All defect reshipments will be replaced with the ORIGINAL size and product ordered, as long as inventory allows.

Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect item or size that differs from what you ordered, you may return it for an exchange or refund. We require a photograph to be emailed to us for product verification before reshipments can be processed. If an item is missing, no photos will be required.

Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason other than defects or incorrect orders, you may return it for an exchange or refund. Please note that return shipping costs may apply for satisfaction guarantee returns.

Conditions and Exclusions:
Proof of Purchase: To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email, order number, receipt, or packing slip.

Original Condition: Returned items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition and/or the same condition as when you received your order. All returns, exchanges and refunds must follow the policies we have outlined below.
  • All items must not be washed.
  • All items must not be worn or used.
  • No smoke, cologne, perfume or pet hair can be present.
  • All items must be in new condition.
Upon receipt of your package an ACAL Customer Support Agent will inspect all incoming returns, exchanges and refunds to ensure the above criteria have been met. If the above conditions of your product are not met for “new condition” then your return, exchange or replacement will be void and not covered under the Limited Lifetime Warranty and the products received will not be returned. We are not liable for any orders or products received that fail to meet the above criteria and are at the expense of the customer. These products will be discarded and not shipped back to the customer if they fail to meet the standards set forth in this policy.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective product or incorrect order. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Period: You may initiate a return at any time for the lifetime for the product or order as long as all of the conditions of the Limited Lifetime Warranty are met.

Exclusions: This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover all ACAL Clothing products. See the list below for products that are not covered under this policy.
  • ACAL Clothing Gift Cards.
  • Products marked as non-returnable including all mystery products.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Final sale products listed on the ACAL Clothing sale page.

Exchanges: If the item being requested for exchange is out of stock, an email will be sent requesting an alternate in stock item to be chosen by the customer to replace this. We can not choose for the customer. If we do not hear back within five (5) business days, a refund will be automatically issued. All exchanges must be for products of equal or lesser value, no exceptions.

All eligible items returned will either be issued a refund, exchange or gift card. If the item is no longer in stock and an exchange is requested, an item of equal or lesser value may be exchanged in its place at the customer's request.

Return and Exchange Process:

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Contact our Customer Service team at to request a return authorization and receive further instructions.

Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if available, and include any accessories, tags, or documentation.

Print the below form out and include it with your return package. Make sure to fill this form out completely including the below information:

  • Include your name, address, and email address.
  • Include your order number.
  • Include what you are requesting: refund, exchange, or replacement.
  • If a new product is being requested include the name of the product and the size you would like to receive.


Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Retain the tracking number for your records. This is to ensure we have received the package and it was not lost in transit. We are not liable for lost packages and can not process any refunds, exchanges or replacements without receiving the return products/orders. If you are shipping back an expensive amount of products we recommend purchasing shipping insurance at your own cost. We can make no guarantees that we will receive your shipment.

Inspection: Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet our return eligibility criteria.

Refund or Exchange: If your return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange according to your preference. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refund processing: To ensure that your refund is processed properly use the steps below:

  • Please allow the banks five(5) business days to process the refund.
  • Check your bank account to ensure that your refund has been processed.
  • If the refund is running late, contact your financial institution for more information.
  • After following the instructions if you still have not received your refund then email us for further instructions.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund, exchange, or replacement according to the terms of this policy. Once this is complete we will email you confirmation and details about your refund, exchange, or replacement.

Governing Law:
This Limited Lifetime Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Illinois State consumer protection laws, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
